05 answersDo I need my content ready before we start?
No. I’ll send a simple outline of what each page needs and help shape the wording. If you don’t have photos, we can plan a short shoot or choose quality stock images together.
Where will the site be hosted, and what does it cost?
On a fast, reliable host under your own account, usually between $0 and $20 a month depending on traffic. Hosting is included if you choose the care plan.
Can I make changes myself after launch?
Yes, for everyday updates like text, hours, and photos. I’ll show you how during handover. Larger changes are covered by the care plan or quoted separately.
I already have a website. Can you work with it?
Yes, that’s what the Redesign package is for. I start by auditing what’s there, keep what works, and set up redirects so you don’t lose your search ranking.
How does payment work?
Half to start and half at launch. Projects over $500 can be split into three payments, and I’m happy to talk through a payment plan if that makes it possible. Everything is agreed in writing before work begins.
